that has both disregarded its bargaining obligations and denied its employees fair wages and this couldn't be the furthest from the truth. some 2,000500 employees in san francisco have been on strike for four weeks. they are demanding higher wages and were job security. on the peninsula, a lawsuit filed against the south san francisco unified school district for allegingly destroying evidence of a teacher's sexual abuse. joseph toy was arrested in august and charged him with molesting four students. the lawsuit filed on behalf of one of the victims claims the then-principal ordered photos to be shredded and not to document the complaint. the law firm also claims another teacher warned the administration about toy's behavior several years ago. we have reached out to the district and we are waiting to hear back for a formal response. new at 6:00, a shop in san francisc c violating city code.
