video of flames shooting through the roof at around 10:00 last night. this home is on capital avenue near thrift street. fire officials say they are still investigating how that fire started. in the east bay, the family of a man shot and killed by open police officers is react to go body camera video just released by the department. >> get your hands off the gun! >> owing land police officers shot and killed joshua pollack in march. we are not showing all the body camera video because it is graphic. a lawyer for pollack's mother said the gun was near him but he was lying down while shot. >> at no time did he get up, make an aggressive move toward anyone. >> pollack's family is pursuing legal action against the police department. in a statement, the department says, the oakland police department acknowledges any officer-involved shooting is heartbreaking for all involved and impacts our entire community.
