because of a strong current. so jumping in the water is probably a bad idea. the worst part is that they're so close to that water fall. >> oh, that's why you don't jump in the water and go whoa. >> man, no wonder. yeah, no wonder they didn't try to rescue themselves. six hours, i'll wait. >> now the whole thing started in a routine adventure. it was a caravan of jeeps. they go through a trail, the trail goes through this river. so it's not far-fetched that they found themselves in the middle of it. the problem was when the jeeps were going through one of them ended up caught in the strong current. it lifted the wheels off of the ground, forcing it to lose traction. and that ended up dragging it off course. eventually, getting stuck on a rock. >> that was lucky. >> just a little bit of extra water in that river would be enough to float that jeep and cause problems. >> at one point, they tried using a tractor and a line to
