(singing) our holidays don't all look the same. both uber and lyft have policies against minors riding by themselves. and maybe that's what makes us great. they'll even suspend the accounts of users who violate make the dream yours. ikea. that policy, even still parents are using ride-sharing services to shuttle their kids around. but watch closely.young to ride alone in an uber or lyft according to company policy but take a look as he gets into three different ubers and one lyft. the investigative team at wpvi conducted and monitored this experiment with the permission of the boy's parents. the boy's rides occurred without incident but this mom says she had a very different experience with her daughter and an allegedly harrowing journey.

northern new england. in some spots over 6 inches and maybe even some wet, slushy snow in new york city and after last year's long winter i'm not sure i'm quite ready for winter to come. but it is what it is, my man. got to get ready for it. >> sounds like you conceded. but none of us are ready for it, believe me, rob. all right, george. okay, michael, we're going to go to that looming shake-up at the white house. lots of changes coming including first lady melania trump calling for a top aide to be fired. we want to go back to our chief white house correspondent jon karl for more on that. good morning, jon. >> reporter: good morning, george. the president has actually kept a low profile over the last few days but there are indications he is ready to shake things up here at the white house. there are signs of major changes coming from the white house. multiple senior officials tell abc news the president is poised to fire homeland security secretary kirstjen nielsen in the coming weeks and officials believe that if she goes, her ally in the west wing, chief of staff john kelly, will likely go too. all of this as the notoriously private first lady is as wse sh

before. the first lady called for the firing of deputy national security adviser mira ricardel. it's the position of the office of the first lady that she no longer deserves the honor of serving in this white house, the first lady's spokesperson said in a written statement. the statement came less than an hour after ricardel was seen smiling over the president's shoulder at a white house event. white house sources tell abc news the first lady became irritated with ricardel over the planning of her africa trip last month and that she felt ricardel treated her staff with disrespect. on that trip the first lady told abc's tom llamas there were people on the president's staff that she did not trust. >> he's been in office almost two years. has he had people that you didn't trust working for him? >> yes. >> did you let him know? >> i let him know. >>ome people, they don't work there anymore. >> reporter: despite the first lady's very public call for her
