difficulties. it's been a nice end to november. as we begin december adding up snow total as half foot in donner. maybe a food towards kirkwood and current numbers are chilly, 46 santa rosa. 51 in oakland. 49 in mountain view. looking at winds gusting to over 36 miles an hour. mount tam around mount diablo. at the surface gusty winds at sfo. you can see the camera shaking from the sutro tower camera. the showers spreading this morning. colder mornings tomorrow and monday now we have gusty northwest winds and that will keep us from getting too frosty tomorrow morning, the atmosphere with the wind mixing. and we are looking at more rain next week. here we go timing it out early on in the north bay. by the next hour or two pushing through the east bay and through san francisco. the peninsula, 9:00 this morning, it's a little more scattered and we have rain in the south bay lingering through about the noon hour.

sunnyvale light showers. and further east in milpitas and fremont looking wet. and it's scattered in the santa cruz mountains and the snow coming down with the upper 20s in the sierra nevada. we are looking at the winter storm warning for the sierra nevada until 6:00. the heaviest snow through the morning with one to two feet expected above 4,000 feet. and coming down at 2 inches per hour through noontime. it's moving fast. but we also have a winter weather advisory for shasta county and from reason o through yosemite where ner looking at 12 inches at about 5,000 feet. through 10:00 tonight. so as the snow continues to fall we will look for a couple inches to ten inches blue canyon, nearlily 8 inches around kirkwood. mild along the shore here in half moon bay. upper level winds, 30 to 40 miles an hour from mount tam to

diablo. gusty to the north. and the northwestly winds take over as the front pushes through. but 1:00 or 2:00. it's 20 miles an hour winds. and 15 miles an hour winds around the bay. and temperatures only in the 50s. through early sunday morning be with the wind out of the north. the breeze allowing for temperatures not to freeze because with the clear air and cold numbers we need some of that wind for mixing to allow the numbers to be not as cold as they could be. golden gate breaking the action here. showers spreading throughout the bay area this morning. cold and we look at cold mornings sunday and monday with more opportunities of rain throughout the week. and looking at the forecast animation, this bodes well through 6:00 as our live doppler 7 tracks the rain. and then through the 9:00 hours it's really shifting towards the peninsula and the south bay. and then by the afternoon we have the puffy cumulus clouds,
