degrees, inlands and low 50s around the bay, and by the afternoon, the mid-50s should do it. and another dry day monday and we will talk about the storm impact scale again. katet? >> thank you, lisa. president trump has declared this wednesday a national day of mourning for former president george h.w. bush. he is going to lie in state in the capital rotunda from monday evening to wednesday morning and the public will be able to pay their respects. monday, a memorial will be held at the national cathedral in washington, and wednesday night until thursday morning bush will lie in are reposes at a church in houston where he lived. a second memorial service will be held at a church thursday. abc 7 news natalie brunell has more. >> good morning, kate. president bush died in his home in houston surrounded by friends and family and we now know that his last words were "i love you, too," spoke n to his son george

investigationf h a greyhound bus caught on fire and closed down lanes of traffic. one passenger said that bus lunged in the air before catching on fire. >> reporter: black smoke billowing from this the bus on hi highway 880. cameras show how far this fire could be shown from in the darkness. chp closed down all five lanes. firefighters tried to extinguish the flames. we caught up with the passengers who were taken to the oakland bus station, and some are still inside filling out paperwork. this man was riding the bus that left san francisco shortly after 5:00. >> there was a loud bang, and then we were like, whoa, what

they were stolen from her family and the storage unit back in september, and thanks to the that exclusive story on abc 7 news, police got the ashes returned. jobina fortson is in the newsroom with that story. >> reporter: leonard dumawa found a strange discovery last week under a tree. >> it was plastic bags. >> it was a plastic bag full of ashes and the name tag in there. >> reporter: the neighbors called the hayward police, but the investigation seem to be going nowhere. >> we were striking out until we were looking on the internet, and we found a news story from abc news 7, and it was a woman talking about a burglary to her storage shed. >> reporter: this is where we start to connect the dots. we introduced you to a d devastated joyce robertson in september. her father and grandmother's

ashes were stolen from a storage shed in september. >> what was unusual was that there were names engraved on the music box and those things matched up. >> reporter: and that caused the sergeant to track down robertson saturday morning. >> i told her to please text me the address of the police station. >> reporter: she had to see it herself. she had been calling the san leandro police department once a week to see if they had anything. >> i am happy. i have been praying every night. >> reporter: now all robertson can say is thank you to everyone who helped. >> i would like to thank them so much. i really have been stressing over this. >> reporter: robertson says she is going to bury the ashes because of the stress she has been put through and still the officers don't know how those ashes ended up under the tree. >> what great news nor that family. lisa is here with a look at the weather. we have seen a lot of changes

a -- attendants and when they landed they enjoyed treats and games with special friends. and now, weather with lisa argen. >> good morning. it is a clear morning, and this is a look at dop per 7, and you will see the lack of cloud cover which is why you are feeling the chill this morning. the numbers are ranging from the mid-40s at the coast, san francisco and 34 in napa, and santa rosa 35 and livermore is 36, and down to gilroy, 36. and nice calm shot for you at santa cruz with the beautiful blue sky out there. it is chilly, and we will see sun around, and clouds around, but cooler than average. we should see low 60s around parts of the bay and the peninsula is mid-50s and the x next chance of rain comes in late monday and stays with us through thursday. november is starting, and you know, we had the dry conditions,

and then the fires and the smoke and then it ended with a lot of bonus rain for us bringing the percent of normal above average last month with 126% and oakland at 123%, and san jose and san francisco and santa rosa, bonus rain. as we start december, it is pretty good as well. we have a weak system head ed or way throughout tuesday, but throughout the day today, cool and dry with a few clouds around. the clouds increase for sunday night into monday, and then we bring in the storm impact scale which is is a one for tauzday and bringing if light scattered showers. it is a low pressure low though that is going to meander around the coast for tuesday, wednesday and thursday. that is why the chance of showers is going to remain in the forecast. they will be light amounts from perhaps 0.10 and 0.25. and we will be dry and monday evening after the commute, we will get wet in the overnight

hours. tuesday morning, looking like showers, but tuesday evening, it is looking like another push of rain. into wednesday, and showers around the bay area for midday wednesday and wednesday evening and into thursday morning, and still a line of rain to the south of us as that low really can't make up its mind where to go. we will keep the rain in the forecast for three days, and then drying out on friday. next weekend is looking to be interesting. highs today ranging from the lwe to mid-50s with 54 in san francisco and 56 in freemont. 58 is the average up in santa rosa, and looking at 56 to dday the accuweather seven-day forecast, a dry day today. it is a cold start, and about the same tomorrow with the temperatures in the low to mid-50s. tuesday, the storm impact scale is a one for scattered showers, and light rain continues on w s wednesday, and into thursday, the afternoon is looking dry, and friday a nice day with numbers on the milder side, and next weekend not only rainy, but

concert to help those affect ed by the fire in butte county. the tickets start at $50 and 100% of the proceeds will be donate nod the north valley community foundation. the event is held at hot tavern in novato, and the concert runs until 10:00 tonight. dozens of soldiers are back into the bay area after helping out with the fire. the members of the national guard returned to the armory yesterday. the medical unit had been in train, but was turned around to help out in butte, and they spent 15 days to help out. >> i describe it adds chaos, but organized chaos. butte county did a tremendous job to get the resourceses in place, and so all we had to do when we got there was to set up a hospital and start receiving patients. >> and like so many other first responders they lltra it too late for turkey.

president have reached a 90-day agreement on the new economic tariffs. the two countries can continue the trade negotiations. the white house said that president trump has agreed not the hike the chinese imports from 10 to 25% on january 1st. the president was considering even more u.s. tariffs on the chinese goods. both presidents attended a meeting at the g20 meeting in buenos aires. the white house says if no trade deal is reached, then the president will impose the tariffs. nasa is preparing to put a man back on the moon for the first time in nearly 50 years, but first unmanned launches will be planned with the help of commercial partners. we have a report from silicon v valley that the u.s. has a technology advantage over other countries. >> reporter: america's goal the put a man back on the moon got a
