you can see a very impressive looking storm right there spinning out over the ocean. we had about 6,500 feet this morning. we are up to about 45% at the layer. the rain over the ocean more than likely is reaching the ground very lightly. this is just going to moisten the atmosphere and open the door for us too. it will bring us showers this afternoon and tonight. gusts up to 30 miles per hour. here is a look from noon until 4:00. you can see pretty quiet until we get right at the 4:00 hour and then showers start to roll there just in time for the eveni evening commute. it may be safe until after 7:00. you can see the yellows and oranges. i'll talk about what to expect tomorrow coming up in the seven day forecast. >> thanks so much. you can stay with us as we track the incoming storm. we'll bring you the latest on our afternoon and evening

help. this morning they are taking part in brewing a special batch of beer to benefit the victim relief fund. abc 7 news reporter is live at rock bottom brewer y in campbel. >> we are here in campbell. of all of the firefighters only got out of their shift at 8:00 this morning. a bunch of them are actually in the back assisting with that. all of this going to the campfire victims. >> beer to help fire victims. it's what's on tap tuesday for offer duty firefighters. >> we are helping working with rock bottom brewery. we'll brew a beer that was originated by brewery. >> a welcomed change of pace all of whom were assigned to the deadly campfire. >> they were right in the middle of it. they saw what these poor people went through and what this town went through. you know, they are really excited to be here. >> which is why they are helping

the building has sunk 1.5 feet since 2009. the plan involves drilling more than 50 new piles down into bedrock. the city of san jose expected to google. it is for a new campus on a 50 acre site. the city estimates the move would create 25,000 new jobs and bring in $10 million annually in city revenue. some locals are concerned though that new development would also bring skyrocketing housing rates. the possible presidential candidate that just announced he is not running then ground beef recall expanded, the products that may be contaminated. later to learn about their medicare options

lot of yellow. that's few pockets as we head towards noon tomorrow. as we get after the evening commute around 6:00 and closing in on 11:00 that's when the chance is finally over from this storm. my biggest concern will be hydroplaning. it may clog some areas that would lead to standing water. it is very low. we will have gusty conditions. you can see we have an east wind blowing across those. our east-west bridges we have that bridge starting at 2:00 to 9:00. that's why traveling and high profile vehicles could be a little dicey. i'm expecting about a quarter to half inch of rain. it is three quarters of an inch in other neighborhoods. up to an inch in isolated areas.

her. she said she fears for her safety after she says she was recorded without her consent taking a shower in hilton's hampton inn and suites in 2015. in a newly filed lawsuit the jane doe alleges she did not realize she was recorded until this september when she received a link to her shower video on an x-rated web site. her full video name and a message reading this is you, right? >> all i could think is my life is over. if this gets out my life is absolutely over. >> the extorter threatened to post videos of her on other sites unless she sent a new private video in exchange. you have until midnight to send me something good or i will post videos, your name, everywhere and i send to people you know. you can enjoy being famous.

she alleged when she didn't respond they posted it on more sites and created an e-mail address using her name and e-mailed the video to her friends, family and colleagues along with this video. it said dear friends. i'm trying to for a friends art project. it's a little daring. let me know what you think. >> it was absolutely traumatizing. these are people i want to law school with. they are friends, coworkers. they are sent a link to what looks like an e-mail i sent. >> she alleges the person then sent another e-mail demanding she send thousands of dollars to a bitcoin in exchange for pulling the video. your buying piece, right? >> you don't go into a hotel room and think something like this cold happen to you. it happened to me. if we can spare one more person from this happening to it would make it worth it. >> she also alleged that she
