by investigators doing strenuous work outs despite being injured. he was booked into the clark county jail in las vegas. she will be transferred to be prosecuted. her alleged actions do not represent the vast majority of her deputies. this morning san jose's police chief is standing by officers after they shot and kill add 24-year-old woman after a high speed chase. police thought the woman was involved in a shooting. it turned out officer were chasing the wrong car. a witness told police the suspects were in a white car. officers spotted a white camry and determined the car was stolen but it wasn't the car involved in the shooting. for some reason police say 24-year-old and her female passenger lead police on a five mile chase. it ended when the car crashed into a fence. the women were shot when vasquez tried to back into a police car.

here is a look at the forecast as we look at all of those fans from clemson, notre dame, alabama. not bad once the sun is out and the breezes taper. it is already down to 40 by midnight. here is a look. remember it was gusting up to around 30, 35 miles per hour. now down to 25.

corners region. it spins up a little bit. we had a big storm hitting the east coast and another one coming their way with that low. the tighter they are together the greater it is. the low is moving away. the winds are going to continue to decrease. as they do you can see at noon not too bad. we'll have a spike around 5:00 to 6:00. by 10:00 it will start to drop back. look at these winds tomorrow morning. no breeze to keep our temperatures from bottoming. we have it up around santa rosa and possibly in the napa valley. it could happen again sunday morning. here is a look at the seven day forecast. upper 50s to near 60 today. pretty much every single day as we wind up 2018 and start 2019 we'll have the same pattern with sunshine and close to average temperatures. >> it looks pretty nice. >> a nice stretch of dry weather
