>> that's some of the back and forth between air traffic controllers and the captain of a flight. diverted and delayed for a long time. >> good evening. you get a sense of how tense thingss got. fog led to passengers being stuck for hours. >> we're live with the developing story. we're hearing conflicting reports from passengers. you heard the audio from the pilot. passengers watched people faint because of the heat and one of the men arrested passengers say he was a registered nurse trying to flag down paramedics from the window. again very tense situation. let me show you sky 7 video. showing the two men being arrested. alameda county sheriff office was called by the pilot. as things were getting tense.

they had unruly passengers. the two men are being questioned by the fbi. passengers say they offered statements of support for the men. one was a vocal advocate for the passengers and a registered nurse. the flight left around 8:30 this morning. it was scheduled to land at sfo but diverted here to oakland. due to wh weather. and landed around 10:45. the scheduled laning time. they had been stuck on the tarmac for hours. longer than the actual flight. and taxied to the gate after 3:00. >> nobody tried to open the door. the guy that got arrested was a certified nurse. who went to the airplane and offered to help. and the lady took it as a threat. or something. i don't know. and the second guy was the first guy that was vocal for us. >> one passenger in particular became more upset than others.

he threatened hefts going to open the aircraft door and exit. on his own. obviously there is concern in regards to that. if the door was opened it would activate the airplane emergency ramp system. on an active tarmac. which would further cause conern for safety. >> one woman was taken off due to medical emergency. passengers finally received water and snacks at baggage claim. it was the decision to keep passengers on board. this is an international airport. it has the capability to deplane as they did this afternoon. as this point paz passengers are being bussed to sfo. others are choosing to go home. we're seeing passengers leaving the terminal and have choice words for the aeromexico and

will never fly that airline again. they haven't offered compensation for the ordeal. and as far as the two men arrested, they are with the fbi. the u.s. district attorney office will decide regarding charges. >> all right. thank you so much. tsa workers are not the only ones feeling frustrated at day 20 of the government shutdown. hundreds marched from coast to coast from federal employees in washington d.c. to irs workers in fresno. >> we want to work! >> president trump takes his case for the border wall to the border. in texas. hinting again he's willing to declare a national emergency in order get the funding he wants. local government employees who haven't worked held rally in san francisco. >> this shut down is hurting

more than just their wallets. >> reporter: outside the environmental protection agency region nine in san francisco. dozens of workers rally today. unable to go to work. james brought his three month old son. >> his first shut down. >> his humor short lived. >> i can have a garage sale that sells everything i own. and it won't be enough for a month rent. >> he's not alone. >> i'm struggling. i'm not able to pay rent. i have had to ask for an extension. >> it's as much as being able to work about earning a paycheck. she coordinates clean up from petroleum contamination. >> we have two serious clean ups that are halted because of this. what does that mean for the environment? potential risk to drinking water for thousands of people. >> the government works because we do! >> i want to be doing my job.

to damage. park officials say the tree was one of many cut down by vandals. who drive their vehicles off the designated path. >> as we mention president trump traveled the border today to show kats his demand for $5 billion in border funding. he traveled to texas for a walk along. and headed to a meeting with locals and border patrol agents. this wasn't a fact finding mission. but a political push complete with guns, drugs and cash. allegedly seized by authorities. here's how he referred to the area. >> it's a foreign country. a foreign world. in many cases we're under attack in a certain way. >> word from washington tonight. the president isn't willing to deal even with his own party. reporting that tonight he rejected a working out line to end the shut down put together

reputation. affecting the price of the stock. the claim says the board including the founders covered up the cases. >> they have a public obligation. to let the public know about what they have done. and that didn't happen in this case. >> these board meeting minutes obtained by the attorneys are perhaps the strongest tool against google. they include discussions about allegations made against andy. a senior executive who had been accused of sexual harassment yet google gave him a $90 million exit package. >> they interviewed google security team who said we found sex bondage videos on his work computer. do you think he was fired that year? not at all. >> more meeting minutes obtained in other cases of sexual harassment were discussed and pay outs were awarded. this suit filed in san mateo

i'll show you that. tracking a storm system and this looks good. but it's not going to bring a will the of rain. as a matter of fact this system will split in two. expect showers. nothing major or heavy duty. a light to level one system. rain chances pretty much the snex seven days you can count on rain. all level one. except tuesday and thursday. two moderate storms will come through here. bringing strong wind and heavy rainfall. we need the wet pattern. it is in place. i want to show you visibility as it is poor around fair field. just over two miles. towards the delta. concord one mile. half-moon bay a mile. we have patches of dense fog. if you have a commute you want to watch out for that. you can see the fog down below. high clouds above. and here's a look at temperatures. mid-50s san francisco. oakland. mountain view. all about the same.

half-moon bay 50 degrees. lovely view. 57 in santa rose. 53 napa. this is what i'm talking about. you remember the morning commute it was murky. because of the fog. we're seeing from the walnut creek cam the dense fog out there. be prepared for the morning commute. showers will arrive tomorrow. first thing tomorrow morning the fog around the north and east bay valley. also part of the peninsula. temperatures beginning in the low 40s to low 50s tomorrow afternoon. some showers developing. numbers will be in the low 50s to low 60s. on the storm impact scale. a light level one system for friday and early saturday. most areas will get between a tenth to half inch. higher totals in the hills. winds 15 to 25 miles per hour. gusts along the coast and hills could be up to 40 miles per hour. hour by hour. 9:00 a.m. tomorrow. notice light to moderate showers in the north bay.

it will be bands of scattered showers around noon. heading into the afternoon hours. between 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. the showers will go through 8:00 p.m. as well. 11:00 p.m. more. midnight you'll notice scattered light activity and by tomorrow or saturday morning, you'll see spottier showers. 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. we'll keep the level one in the forecast for saturday morning. in terms of rainfall potential a tenth to half inch. you can always down load the app and track live doppler 7. any time you want. get ready. i hope you soaked up some sun today. or fog. here's a look at the 7-day forecast. a light level one. fog in the morning. showers will follow. level one for saturday morning. and basically sunday the next storm will keep us in a wet pattern. tuesday a stronger storm. moderate. widespread showers on wednesday and another storm on thursday.
