police followed him to this circle k where he argued with assistant manager. >> i said you have to prepay gas. he go outside and take a gas can and came inside the store and he is pouring gas all over inside the store. >> reporter: watch as he walks through the aisle. he leaves the store but returns with a piece of paper and a liner. he lights the paper on fire and tosses it onto the gas soaked floor. >> reporter: what did you do. >> i was so scared. i didn't want to go close to him. >> reporter: luckily there was no fire. the gas did not ignite. the suspect took off but police followed him. >> they formed some trust and
