>> works for environmental protection agency and lives in sunset district. hasn't received a paycheck in weeks. >> okay this month but what about next month? my groceries? i don't have that cushion, i don't think many of us do here. we could use help of the city. >> i'm disappointed we haven't done something already. it's been a month, should have stepped forward and provided support to the workers. >> newly elected supervisor matt heaney says city hall hasn't done enough to help workers in san francisco. will be introducing a resolution calling on the city to provide assistance, free public transportation, deferred housing assistance, food assistance and short-time work assistance. >> could provide support right now.
