famed consumer advocate erin brockovich getting involved in the pg&e saga. >> she's demanding they stop pg&e for filing for bankruptcy. jobina is live. >> reporter: good morning. brockovich along with several victims will be highlighting the impact a pg&e bankruptcy could have on the thousands of people that are working to rebuild their lives right now following these devastating fires. the fire victims and brockovich will be at the capital today. they plan to call on the state legislator and governor newsom to work with pg&e to keep them out of bankruptcy protection. pg&e has been blamed for 17 of northern california's devastating wildfires over the last two years. the group heading to the capital today, claims that pg&e is allowed to file bankruptcy. thousands of families and businesses will be stuck at the back of the line waiting for the compensation they need. pg&e claims it doesn't have the money to potentially pay

facebook group hoping someone saw something that can help. coming up at 7:00 a.m., more on the search for olivia ambrose. from first look, abc news, new york. two groups are holding counter-protests in kentucky today over that high school involved in a controversial video you've seen by now. here is the video. high school students confronting a native american man from washington, d.c., although the confrontation has been disputed. one teenager stares at the man while others appear to mock him. they say they weren't. they will hold a peace vigil to end racism. the teenagers say the video was taken out of context. they say they were being called hateful things before the recording. people who support the students are rallying at the high school. the school has condemned the students' behavior. a new book gives a voice to survivors of the parkland school shooting called "parkland speaks." survivors share their stories.

43 students and teachers contributed to the collection of essays, poems, photos and art. the journalism teacher edited the book. she said writing helped her students heal. seventeen peole died in the mass shooting on valentine's day. uber said it's focused on keeping workers safe. this inrnem from uber which found employees are underworked, overpaid and at times traumatized. the memo specifically looked at uber's special investigations unit. the team investigates serious incidents involving drivers and passengers. they involve threats, assault, rape, theft, and serious traffic incidents. the memo says as recently as may of last year, the unit handled about 1200 cases every it warned of mental health to investigators even suicide. they have made changes since reviewing the memo. >> fremont added two new trucks to patrols. they shared this on facebook.

two f-150 responder trucks replaced two older cars taken out of commission. the new trucks are equipped for suits and help diversify their fleet. they are able to travel off road and the bed can transport a person to an ambulance. if you had to guess, how likely is it you'll live to 90. before you start the guessing game, a new study finds it may depend on your gender and body size. researchers tracked nearly 8,000 people starting in 1986. it found women who put on less weight as they age were more likely to live longer that heavier women. height also played a role. women taller than 5'9" were more likely to live into the 90s. neither height nor weight seemed a factor for men but activity level did. men who spent 90 minutes a day or more being active were more likely to live longer. the study published in the medical journal dmj. >> 90 minutes is a long time every day. >> i wonder could you be walking

government shutdown. they say they haven't worked since christmas eve, haven't had a paycheck. they are struggling and worried. a san francisco supervisors wants to know why the city isn't helping them. >> i'm disappointed we haven't done something already. it's been a month. i think we should have stepped forward and provided some support to these workers. i see dozens of cities all over the country who have done something to support, even expressing solidarity saying here are resources available to you. i think that's something that should have been done a long time ago. certainly we capital wan't wait an we need to see action now. >> here are some of his ideas. free public transportation, deferred payments that are owed to the city, emergency loans and housing assistance, food assistance and maybe some short-term work placements. he points out how the scary part for these workers is they don't know how long the shutdown will last. he thinks the city should ease
