in developing news, teachers in los angeles voted tonight to approve a new contract. they will go back to work tomorrow morning. both sides reached an agreement around dawn after a 21-hour bargaining session and six-day strike. it gives teachers a 6% raise and smaller class sizes. you're looking at why many commuters say they feel frustrated and even frightened while riding b.a.r.t. this fight broke out on a train last night.
