action. he pulled over and knew that person would need help stat. that man is able to open the door, pull the woman out and drag her away from the car. at this point the driver is exhausted. she said she knew she had moments to live if no up with came to help her. >> it looks like the car wasn't in any danger of sinking, but still upside down, disoriented. off the side of a bridge. getting yourself out of that situation yourself is difficult. >> head in the water. she couldn't breathe the second she landed. >> what caused the car just to drive off this bridge? >> apparently there was a pothole on the bridge with a cone. she swerved to miss the cone and went right over the bridge. you can see how exhausted she is as they pull her up to the shore. she has a hard time coming to her feet. mostly because she was in shock. >> amazing that guy was able to get the door open.
