the abc7 news app. a federal appeals court has blocked a san francisco law. the unanimous ruling by the ninth circuit is a victory. they sued from stopping the law to taking effect. the san francisco city's attorney's office says "this decision is solely about the size of the warning label. make no mistake, we are committed to protection the health of san francisco." a law that hopes the newsom administration will look into the hidden gas charge. lawmakers don't know the origin of it or where the money is going. they suspect oil gagers.

editor and cohost of pop up magazine. it says tickets are $44, but you already sold out. >> we did. but we do tour three times a year, so we will be back in the spring. >> how did you come up with this idea. when you think about a magazine style show, that's not necessarily ha is happening nowadays. >> sure, pop up magazine started right here in the bay. and we were founded in san francisco by our editor and chief and a few cofounders. and the idea was to bring different kinds of story tellers together on stage. so the show is a mix of writers, film makers, photographers and radio and audio journalists getting on stage telling stories with live original art and original music by our house band.
