this video is intended to let us in on the little training exercise with the firefighters in croatia. they are setting up one of the firefighters because they're going to simulate a rescue in a home consumed by fire and smoke. because this is a simulation, they have to cover his eyes. if you go into a room covered in smoke, you can't see. >> is he a new firefighter? >> i think a tradesman. >> he is a relatively young firefighter in his 20s. while this is not a hazing, i can tell you things will not go as planned. he has to work his own way up. it's all technical. you can't just plunge into a burning house. he is being raided. you can the otherwa ftch e step. you can see the room set up. inside is a volunteer firefighter, the victim, the
