that pedestrian was to realize it was actually an infant. >> who put an infant in a drain? >> we don't really know for sure exactly how the baby got there. it was still attached to the umbilical cord and placenta. >> my gosh -- >> they believe it was down there for about five hours. the rescue itself took them three hours. >> how on earth did they get there in the first place? i can't fathom it. >> the newborn was taken to a hospital, and it was treated for hypothermia. they determined that there were no broken bones, and at least physically, externally, no damage they're able to perceive. they, too, are shocked that the baby is in such great condition. and shared to twitter, this doctor is saying he considers this to be a miracle. ♪ there are those of white house are told "go fly a kite."
