chase that ended with a crash in the caldecut tunnel. police did arrest him a short time ago. investigators tell abc7 news the chase started in antioch when the suspect rammed two police cars. s s s s s s s s called. the weather conditions and low tide caused problems for the visitors. in the north bay, a ride share driver ended with an unusual request. the driver pulled up behind the deputies in sausalitos asking them to investigate a shoe box.

the feet of power they have already seen. probably one to 2 inches in a lot of spots. could be isolated spots. we have above average snow pack for this time of year. we will see on and off showers after midnight. numbers falling ten or 15 degrees from where we are right now. a lot of spots hold to the mid-30s. northern california just inundated with on and off showers. what we are watching there is a weak ripple of energy right there. moving onshore between seattle and portland. that is going to slide down south. on the storm impact scale it is a level 1 system. scattered showers here or there. we have seen hail today and likely again going to happen. dusting of snow in our highest
