all of these should be below flood stage at some point this afternoon. >> how about that for good news on a friday. here's a look at the planner. a lot of cloud cover and sunshine. cooler this morning. low to mid-40s. mid-50s to upper 50s from noon to 4:00. there's a slight chance that the first part of our storm will bring us the scattered showers at 7:00. we'll talk more about that. one new issue is the east bay. solo vehicle crash. someone lost control northbound 880. embarcadero. they're facing the wrong way. blocking both lanes of the off ramp. doesn't sound like it's impacting the main lanes of the interstate. no delays through that stretch. more details in. drive times looking friday. westbound 580. tracy to dublin, under half an hour. we'll take it. 28 minutes. dublin to mission boulevard in the green at 15. cupertino, that's looking good at 16 minutes.

mark maura, who was armed with a knife. ater trying to get him to surrender, a canine grabbed maura to the ground. as officers attempted to put him in handcuffs, he allegedly stabbed an officer in the neck with an open blade. the officer was not seriously hurt. a man is dead and three others hurt after shooting in oakland. police say it happened around 5:00 last night. sky 7 flew over the scene near nevada street. the man who died is from san lorenzo. his identity has not been released. no word what led to the shooting. new developments, pg&e says that it's power equipment is likely to blame for the devastating camp fire in butte county. the information came as the utility announced fourth quarter financial results. the company said its wildfire liabilities raise substantial o continue as a corporation and utility. pg&e filed for bankruptcy new contractst month.

let's look at the storm impact scale so you know what to expect tonight and tomorrow morning. light to moderate rain. half inch to inch in areas. breezy. right now no flood watches. we don't have any wind advisories. going to be a whole lot of rain and hopefully it runs off and not causes any issues. thanks, mike. spacex is counting down to a historic test flight of its first capsule built for nasa astronauts. there won't be astronauts. leftoff at 11:48 pacific time. they hope to learn lessons to improve safety when two nasa astronauts strap in as early as july. they're scheduled to dock at the international space station on sunday. it's set to return to earth on march 8th. victoria's secret is planning to close 53 stores. its parent company says the overall performance of the brand is not meeting expectations with year on year declines.

victoria's secret has not released a list of closing stores. 30 locations closed last year. j.c. penney is going to close 18 more department stores because holiday sales didn't go so well. j.c. penney already announced three of the store closings last month. specific locations have not been announced. san francisco-based gap and old navy are parting ways. old navy will become its own company. others will make up a new company which hasn't been named yet. old navy mate about $8 billion in revenue last year. roughly the same amount of gap's other brands combined. let's look at what's going to happen sunday. you see at midnight there's some rain up across the northern sonoma county and then it spreads over the rest of our neighborhoods. it may miss the south bay in the east bay valleys early in morning. you can see scattered light
