slightly improved. pacifica police say there's no threat to the public after two people were found dead inside a home. police searched the home on ban i don't know way. police discovered bodies inside the house yesterday afternoon. the san mateo coroner's office is working to identify the people and determine how they died. stephan clark's family is asking for the state attorney general's help after the prosecutors announced no charges for the police officers who shot and killed hip. the district attorney said when police opened fire last more, their actions were justified. the 22-year-old was suspected of vand lialis vandalism. they shot at him after mistaking a cell phone for a gun. he was shot several times in the back they say. >> my stance is this was murder. these officers need to be charged and the d.a. should be fired. >> our lives are suffering.

our hearts are shattered. my family is traumatized. we are in agony ever since the callus murder of my brother. >> clark's family filed a wrongful death suit against the city for at least $20 million. happening today, the chairman of the house judiciary committee says he's going to be issuing dozens of documents requesting information for an investigation into whether president trump obstructed justice. congressman gerald in addition letter says the document requests will go to the 60 individuals at the white house, department of justice, donald trump jr. and others. it's all an attempt for the committee to prove there was obstruction, corruption and abuse of power. he's a democrat from new york and the white house did not respond to abc news requests for comment. gavin newsom announced plans to scale back the high-speed rail i don't project. now a report says the project may still run out of money. the l.a. times looked at a plan to build a high-speed rail between bakersfield and merced. it's estimated to cost between

the first of its kind. it's looking at 300 youth undergoing transgender treatment. with he's general, testosterone or puberty blocking hormones to better align with the gender they identify with. they say ths a lack of information when it comes to the impact of the health and mental well-being of kids. the study is meant to fill that void. one san francisco woman doing her part to build a better bay area one item of choeting at a time. >> building a better bay area is an initiative that we've launched to tackle the issues facing our region. one of the issues is sustainability. one woman's zero waste boutique sells clothes from discarded fabric. dion lim visited her shop. the only one like to in the city. the shop is hoping to change the way clothes are manufactured all over the world. >> i like that has the sleek, urban look to it. >> one look at the rich fabrics,

colors and textures on display at the boutique in san francisco's inner richmond district. >> you would never guess all of the clothing is made out of trash. >> we take these scraps that are being discarded by larger factories and create our own collections out of it. >> fowler begins a journey after a trip to cambodia in 2007. noticed a disturbing trend in manufacturing. >> secondhand markets, i was finding piles of scrap. i would look at them and find they were cut from factories and we can take them and make beautiful stuff out of it. >> in the past five years, rachel estimates her company diverted 35,000 pounds of fabric that otherwise would have ended up in a landfill or worse. >> a lot of it is dumped and ultimately winds up in the ocean and there's a lot of off gaffing of the chemicals that go into all the fabrics.
