particular models out of service. the u.s. attorney's office in new york is reviewing a videotape that supposedly shows r. kelly abusing underage girls a o boxht it viderforming unt he watched it. kelly faces ten counts of aggravated sexual abuse involving three girls and i woman in chicago. he pleaded not guilty to the charges last month. kelly also denies being on this latest tape. he was released from jail saturday after paying $161,000 in back child support. starting today in the north bay, sonoma county will begin curbside pickups of debris in the russian river flood zones. garbage trucks will go door to door to pick up debris in the hard hit areas of western sonoma county much the work could take days given the magnitude of the flooding damage. the county has also set up

all that crazy weather we had yesterday is sinking to the south. it's going to open the door for another storm to slide in tomorrow. i think it's going to leave most of its rain to the north of us. that's why we've got what we're dealing with as far as down around san diego. some wet weather down there and some frozen weather. look at this. they can get up to a foot of snow in the areas. east l.a. and san diego starting at 3:00 today. 60 in monterey. low to mid-40s in tahoe and the sierra. here's a look at the seven-day forecast. 50 degree temperatures by st. saturday and sunday. that's closer to average. >> thanks, mike. the nation may be headed towards another government shutdown. president trump will request billions of dollars for a border wall and democrats plan to once again fight it. detai of theredent'st opal fmwashington. >> good morning. democrats aren't budging and neither is the president.

today's budget proposal announcement will likely be a prelude to another fight over funding. one of the president's biggest campaign promises. >> today, president trump is expected to release his proposed budget for 2020. in it, he's requesting an additional $8.6 billion for more barriers along the southern u.s. border. the white house is expected to propose taking $5 billion from customs and border patrol and $3.6 billion from department of defense military projects. but democrats, house speaker nancy pelosi and senate minority leader chuck schumer warned the president is headed towards a government shutdown again like he did months ago. in a joint statement, they say congress refused to fund his wall and he was forced to admit defeat and reopen the government. the same thing will repeat itself. we hope he learned his lesson. last time when the president didn't get money from congress, he declared natiol emergency atxetige ihe courts f

and in congress. at least five republican senators plan to vote against the declaration. a vote is week. despite the fresh evident to access more money for the wall, democrats who now control the house are vowing to block the president's border wall project. stephanie ramos, abc news, washington. in northern california, 4-h volunteer who is credited with teaching survival lessons to two humboldt county girls will head to washington to be honored. the girls used what they were taught to survive two days alone in rural humboldt county. justin lennart spoke with abc 7 news after the life-saving lessons helped keep them safe. he taught the 5 and 8-year-olds found 44 hours after going missing alive and well, all thanks to the lessons on how to survive in the wilderness.
