to -- permits are limited to events such as outside lands, hardly strictly and pride. they've been held regularly with unpermitted pot smoking. they will have to pay a nonrefundable application fee between $500 and $3,000. permits won't be available in time for the next 420 hang next month at hippy hill. in east bay, teachers in dublin are voting whether to authorize a potential strike. they've been without a contract for almost a year. contract talks are at an impasse. but both sides plan to meet next week. teachers want caps on class siz sizes, a 3% pay raise and health insurance benefits. the they're offering a 2% and 3% bonus. board members will vote on a proposal for fare increases in july of 2019. 2021 and 2023. it would apply to cash and
