air stopped flying. it's officially out of business. >> it stranded thousands of passengers around north america and europe, all across the globe. this is the message wow air posted online overnight. it tells stranded flyers to arrange travel from other airlines. the carrier struggled to find funding after failed acquisition talks with competitor iceland air and another airline ownership group. wow airlines offered very low, cheap flights i should say. 99 bucks one way to iceland. and wow discontinued its sfo flight last year. again, they're telling folks stranded today, get yourself another ticket. they're going to refund the tickets today, but -- >> they're saying to call your credit card companies to refund your money. i don't each think they have the money to refund you at this point. not good news. play ball, thousands of oakland a's fans will be at the coliseum to support their team.

pg&e creditors are proposing a $35 billion plan that would allow the utility to exit bankruptcy within a year. bloomberg news reports that the plan would establish a $14 billion trust to pay claims from the deadly wildfires in 2017 and 2018, including the north bay and paradise wildfires. pg&e is facing liabilities that could exceed $30 billion because its equipment may have started those fires. >> a new development in the jussie smollett case. the fbi is looking into why chicago prosecutors dropped criminal charges against the actor. abc news reports that at this point, it's a review and not an investigation. the state attorney who dismissed the charges insists smollett did not receive special treatment. chicago mayor emanuel says the evidence should be unsealed and made public. now, president trump is weighing in. look at this tweet. fbi and doj to review the outrageous jussie smollett case in chicago. it is an embarrassment to our

nation. speaking of the president, he's making a rare visit to california. he's set to headline a campaign fundraiser next week. it will happen april 5th in l.a. it's not cheap. tickets start at 15,000 bucks. they go as high as $150,000 a head. a san francisco jury delivered an $80 million verdict against the maker of the weed killer roundup for causing a bay area man's cancer. >> this is the second multimillion dollar ruling against monsanto. the maker of roundup in less than one year. a federal court jury awarded bay area resident ed hardeman after it determined the weed killer was responsible for causing his nonhodgkin's lymphoma. hardeman is now in remission. >> like many people, he went to a local hardware store, bought a bottle of roundup concentrate. mixed it himself and used it for over 26 years. >> monsanto's parent company disagrees with the decision and

it's going to be one of those days. things i do not understand. on the peninsula, people in one neighborhood have taken over parking enforcement in order to save street parking in front of their homes. >> there are now no parking signs posted up and down the streets of redwood oaks. every one of them was put up privately. they're saving parking spaces in front of residents' homes. that's irking some neighbors. >> i just want the city to pay attention to the problem. to recognize that the redwood oaks area is being ignored. all other parts of redwood city, you don't see this kind of problem there. >> the city confirmed -- this is a flier drafted but not september out yet. it explains that the roadway shoulder is public, not private property and urges residents not to post signs or put up cones. this video from samsung is mesmerizing. it's supposed to show you how durable the new galaxy
