northbound near 238. southbound near south mission. and also an accident now southbound near sunol, making a long hall if are you headed towards fremont. >> thank you, sue. happening today in eastvalley, the trial is set to begin on the two men in the ghostship warehouse fire. >> the defendants are charged with 36 counts each of involuntary manslaughter. jobina fortson is live. good morning. >> reporter: good morning, the 36 counts were for the 36 people killed in that warehouse fire in december of 2016. the trial today will start with more emotion. the jury selection could take six weeks. 647 prospective jurors will be available for vetting. the prosecution and defence will each have 20 opportunities to remove a juror without giving a reason. in a hearing that lasted almost an spire day last month, the judge denied the defense's motion to essentially have the

trial dismissed and another motion that would have delayed it. the trial is expected to include at least 12-to-18 weeks of everyday from both the prosecution and defense. we are now reporting live in the newsroom, jobina for theson, abc 7 news. >> also in the east bay, oakland firefighters are waiting to search the debris of a massive warehouse fire to make sure everyone got out okay. sky 7 was over east 12th street as it raged out of control yesterday morning. more than 20 workers were inside the building supply company. investigators believe everyone escaped, but they want to be absolutely sure. it took 60 firefighters several hours to get those flames under control. fire investigators think a debris fire in a homeless encampment next to the warehouse ignited the inferno. >> homeless people living on the back side for a long time, really two months, longer than that so we beg them to leave because we knew it would happen any time. >> firefighters think the flames

from the debris jumped inside the warehouse through an open window. the building's roof caved in and structural engineers are concerned the walls might collapse. in the south bay, san jose police trying to figure out how a body ended up in coyote creek. officers discovered the body around 10:00 last night near coyote creek and capital expressway you see here. santa clara under water search unit responding to the scene. it is unclear if the victim is a man or woman. we have calls into the police department for more information. boeing 737 max jets will remain grounded for several more weeks while boeing continues to work on a software fix. the company submitted the fix to the faa last week. the faa says boeing discovered additional work is needed. any software fix will have to be approved by the faa and only then can it match a jet's return to the skies a second woman has come forward now, accusing former vice president joe biden of inappropriate behavior.
