he gets up there and he starts climbing. he has to climb very carefully. once he gets up there, then he has to pull up the swan bags because swans are not exactly the easiest birds to work with. he's pulling the bag up. then it's time to put the swan in. he just grabs it by the neck. he finally is able to get the swan in the bag, and then that's when the second guy goes up to help lower the bag to the ground. he takes it back to the center, and once they do, they're worried about its leg. so the vet does an x ray. >> we're just going to leave well alone. >> it was allowed to recover a little bit. the good thing is eventually they are able to return the swan where it belongs, in the water.
