ealling concrete was reported west of the mid side of the bridge. lanes three and four were closed for emergency road work. according to chp, the bridge inspectors arrived around 2:30 p.m. maybe about ten minutes after that. the bridge was reopenedful let's keep in mind this is not the first time falling concrete shut down the lanes of the bridge. back in february, a massive piece of concrete fell on the same brink and fell on top of a car we actually interviewed that driver and he told us all about the ce w he saw his car. many questions are still unanswered. there are no reports of injuries or damage. we'll stay put right concrete. live from san rafael. >> this was not the only problem
