my grandmother. >> the san mateo police say they used information from the uber app to track down wilson the couple is working with police to try to get their belongings back. uber has not returned our clsco alameda will decide the fate of a government building on the former naval air station into a wellness center. it includes 90 units of senior housing and a homeless rehab facility. measure b locks that development. the location is near a popular beach, which opponents say is the wrong spot for the center. also in the east bay, teachers in fremont will soon be getting a raise. the fremont unified school district and teacher's union say they've reached a tentative agreement on a new three-year contract. it includes guaranteed salary increases this year and next school year. it needs official approval from both sides. >> all righ loo

at some temperatures out there. we will go into the neighborhoods on the east bay shore, a little deeper to the east. it's cooler in crass tro valley 52. 56 in fremont. union city and richmond along with alameda, oakland, 57 degrees. elsewhe elsewhere, we got 40s, we pecks effe -- we expected that. the rest of us in the low- to mid-50s. here's a look at a dry bay bridge this morning. you will notice the breezes on the bridges even more so during your afternoon and evening drive. cool if you take mass transit. we do have a small-craft advisory if you will be out on the water. it starts at 2:00 north of the bay bridge. 8:00 south of the bay bridge. it goes until about 3:00 in the morning tomorrow. so winds will be of the northwest, cutting across our bridges up to 35 to 45 miles per hour.
