new this morning, the search is on for the people or person responsible for shooting cats with a pellet gun in the east bay. friends of oakland animal services is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. they say at least four cats are suffering from severe injuries after getting shot. all the attacks happened in or around the city's lower diamond neighborhood, the shelter is asking the public to be vigilant with their own pets. it could take another day to fix a water problem at sonoma state university. right now the school is urging people on campus to drink bottled water or boil it before drinking it. they say there was a sudden drop in the water system. county health services is looking into the issue. students can get free bottled water at the student center. the virginia cavaliers are the winners. >> they claimed the time after
