airlines have completely stopped ordering boeing 737 m je onlyer t fir t msf the year and no orders last month. compare that to last year when they saw 112 orders of the plane in the first quarter alone. last month the 737 max jet crashed killing everyone onboard. it was the second deadly crash involving a max jet. it happened last october. boeing says it's developing a software fix. a san francisco home just sold for $27 million. it was bought for $12.5 million in 2015 fromful philanthropist. an astros fan is suing the team after she says the mascot broke home run finger with a

amy hollyfield, abc 7 news. and this is the fifth confirmed case of measles in the bay area so far this year. last month an international tourist with measles visited more than half a dozen cities in the south bay. the person ate at restaurants and went into several stores. also right now on abc7news.com you can watch this video that shows how measles spread and also your treatment options. the man accused of having a list of women he wanted to rape is due back in court next week. 7-year-old matt caruso appeared before a judge. he pleaded not guilty to three charges including child pornography as well as attempted kidnapping and assault. caruso is accused of attacking a woman on march 26th outside her walnut creek apartment building. they say caruso kept detailed notes on where other potential victims worked and lived. >> we feel due to the threat of public safety and the fact there are multiple potential victims involved, especially with the

criminal protective orders we want to protect the public and those jane does. we'll be asking for no bail. >> investigators are trying to determine if there are more victims. caruso's attorney declined to comment on the case. happening today the man suspected of being the golden state killer is due back in court for a hearing. james deangelo is accused of at least 13 murders and numerous sexual assaults dating back to the 1970s. he was arrested after investigator used dna evidence to link him to a crime scene. in december a judge ruled that he could not afford to pay for a defense attorney and he would continue to be represented by a public defender. attorney general william barr will be back on capitol hill to talk about the department of justice's budget. senators are more interested in special counsel robert mueller's report on the russia investigation. barr told members of the house yesterday that he plans to release a redacted version of the report within a week.
