4:16 pm
>> there is. there is and isn't. the report is two parts. part two has to do with the question of whether there's a conspiracy between the trump campaign and the russians to flip the election. with regard to that part there's a lot of very poorly looking information that looks very grimly. but stops short of crimina conspiracy. in terms of evidence. with regard to the second part of obstruction of justice there is sufficient and credible evidence that the president actively lied, pressured people and did everything he could to make the investigation end out of fear that his participation in russian interference would be come to light. >> i want to come back to that. i want to quote a page in the report. 290. where the president responded to word that mueller was going to investgate and said this is terrible. this is the end of my presidency. does it seem this is the end? it doesn't seem that way it most. >> good question. a question of who has what peoples opinions are.

and what spin on the report. it's clear from the report they were trying to be fair in terms of assessment what the president actually did. he and his campaign and russia. and stop short of saying this was conspiracy. they do show campaign officials as being willing participants with russia. and recipients of the inside the russians gained and did for the election. but stopped short of showing thst active planning. part because the relevant people deleted evidence and made the evidence disappear. >> if there's any case going forward, it seems it would be focussed more on the obstruction and not so much the conspiracy. >> keeping up with the theme. the cover up is worse than the crime. >> water gate. where does that leave us legally. >> the interest thing is that the mueller report contrary to what the president and others have tweeted this morning doesn't say the president didn't do this. there are lots of well
