happening this morning, governor gavin newsome will join the governors the of oakland and berkeley to better fight wildfires. they will talk about communities in the oakland and berkeley hills. the state says the east bay hills are among the areas in california at most risk from wildfire. new numbers from the u.s. census bureau shows fewer people living in the north bay. in sonoma county, the population droed to just oundz 500,000 people between 2017 and 2018. the numbers are less drastic. they recorded a 1,000 people drop during that same time period. >> let's take a look at what is going on, temperatures around san francisco that are comfortable. we are in the mid- to upper-50s. 51 and 53 the
