me. he is 66-year-old jacques lawson, a licensed attorney, accused of tapeing a camera on top of his shoe to secretly record up a girl's dress. it happened at the apple store in walnut creek's plaza sunday at 3:00 p.m. the girls father confronted him and he ran out of the store. a good samaritan chased him for several blocks before police caught him. officers later found varies cameras and recording devices inside his car. >> new at 6:00, two women who organized a massive walkout at google say they are facing retal retaliation. they have written an internal memo claiming they were demoted from their company roles in response to their activism. google denies retaliation saying they are often reorganized to meet business feeds, the east

moving along without any issues, the north bay has been trouble free. we do have a power outage this morning so no train delays have been reported. although, some of those platforms and some of the ticket machines are not working because of that power outage, capital corridor now delayed an hour-and-a-half. >> thank you, alexis. another breaking news update, a huge fire at an industrial lumber yard in stockton, there are massive flames there that can be seen for miles. the power line affected 17,000 customers and brand-new at 6:00, we've gotten this new information. the fire still big. the entire stockton fire department has responded to the scene and they still need additional help. other surrounding fire agencies
