in over the next few hours. it will be mild to warm. still for the next couple days through saturday. a cooler pattern begins on sunday. and we'll see bright, breezy days next week. overnight, look for mainly clear skies inland. we'll see fog pushing from the coast. show the will be some patches of fog. not only the coast but other conditions. overnight lows in the low 50s. we'll see some upper 40s. upper 40s on the coast as well. highs in the south bay. 84 in morgan hill and gilroy. on the peninsula, 76 in mateo. we'll see mid 60s on the coast again tomorrow. it will be pretty mild there. 69 degrees will be the high in down san francisco. we'll see a range of 80s in the north bay. low the mid 80s for the most part of 78 in hayward. and inland, highs in the mid 80s. is the high temperature trend is indicative of what most of the

bay area can expect. above average temperatures, settling into a more typical range. maybe even a degree or two below average on tuesday. and then bouncing back up to maybe a degree or two above average on wednesday and thursday. tomorrow will be a warm day. not a hot one but a warm day for most inland areas. so you can expect highs to be about 7, 8, 9 degrees above average. here's the seven-day forecast. a little fog at the coast. otherwise, a bright sunny day. that will be the pattern on saturday as well. then on sunday, it starts to get a bit cooler as we get our few high clouds along with thing to. the temperatures drop off about 6 to 8 degrees from the friday, saturday highs. that will hold for much of next week. it will be pretty easy. we've had some gusts but we're looking at dry weather, if you don't want your hair to blow in the breeze, stay indoors monday and wednesday. i'm giving up on that.

his background today. this document was tweeted showing his iraq war veteran. he returned from the war different somehow. they said he was under intense pressure at work as an auditor for the department of defense in mountain view. the victims include the 13-year-old girl we mentioned earlier. her 9-year-old brother and their father, both the children are student in the sunnyvale school district. the father is out of the hospital. but three of the other, eight other victims have major injuries and are all still hospitalized. two other victims are recovering now at home. pg&e says it will have to increase your rates again. today california public utilities commission granted the utility's request to recover $373 million of expenses that it incurred back in 2016 and

what are we talking about here? >> well, let me tell you. pg&e is saying, listen. in 2016, and 2017, we suffered a number of catastrophic events that ended up costing us, meaning pg&e, $588 they are saying somehow they have to pay for it. a 2017 beca state's severe drought. add to that the bark beetle infestation and costs. they spent $588 million which was not included in the regular maintenance budget which you and i already pay into. here's the explanation from one of the commissioners. >> these costs were incurred in
