golden gate bridge. 15 across the bay bridge and westbound 92, san mateo bridge in the green, should take you just about 16 minutes. new developments in the saga of san francisco's central subway. muni says it hopes to hop in december of this year. but the examiner reports, muni told officials at a progress report at the central subway will open in 2020. the original plan was last year. san francisco is looking for a new transit leader, ed riskin is stepping down. he announced his resignation four days after a subway melt down that left sthous of riders stuck. it capped equipment failures and problems with the light rail vehicles. his announcement coincided with a call for mayor breed for a national search to find a new
