we had to edit this film for time but this all happened in about 30 seconds. you can see people driving away in the nick of time. the message that it flood in the six minutes. a teenage suspect crashed into a home in castro val. the two residents were not injured but an entire section of the home was destroyed. the crash happened at around 12:30 this morning ending what investigators are calling a carjacking spree. officers say the first happen in san leandro. the second in castro valley. in both c victims were threatened with a knife. neighbors saw the suspects flee the scene. >> i don't know how we got out. there were airbags. >> amazing. how the guy could have hit like that and then jumped out of the car. >> they found one suspect when he crashed. they found the one who landed in the women's home later on foot.

lyft is telling a federal court in new york that it is not in the transportation business. >> the ride share company is being sued in west chester county under the american with disabilities act. for failing to equally serve people living with disabilities. according to court filings, lyft argues it is just a tech company in the app business and not subject to the ada. the company faces another class action lawsuit in the bay area for discriminating against people with disabilities. the legal costs to wells fargo over the banking scandals to reach $3 billion. wells fargo had put the figure at $2.7 billion in december but it has ticked up. the scandals erupted in 2017 when it reveals employees opened millions of potentially fake accounts to meet satisfies o re some fees over confusion about monthly charges. facebook is on the hook for
