terrifying bush crash and fire. >> even now when we think about it it is like something out of a movie, you know. was this real? >> choir manager says 18 members of the group were traveling on a bus from sfo to their hotel in san francisco when there was an accident involving three cars in lanes of northbound 101 in brisbane. the chp says it appears the bus could not stop in time and slammed into one of the cars. seconds later the bus was rear-ended by an suv. >> the collision in the back of the bus just threw me forward. knocked me in the front and down the steps. >> reporter: the driver of the suv was killed. the impact of the crash started a fire, which began to engulf the bus in flames. >>ould blow at any time. >> at the moment we didn't know we were looking death in the face. >> reporter: the bus driver tried in vein to help. >> he ran and got a fire extinguisher and came out and was trying.
