>> they show any symptoms. that's the concern for health officials. this is couple made a special trip to the berkeley bowl after learning of the measles case. >> she checked her credit card receipt to see that she was here that day and she came to see what time. >> reporter: the infected person sthoped late in the afternoon. the family may not have been exposed but still concerned especially for their daughter. >> it's scary to realize at our grocery store someone was walking around with measles. >> the person is not contagious >> reporter: dr. fernandez says a local doctor notified the city his patient was infected with measles. their investigation determined only berkeley bowl was at risk for exposure. >> we've identified everyone that was at risk. >> reporter: dr. fernandez says the virus is easily transmitted and extremely con takenious. it can affect up to 90% of not
