one new collision reported although it does not sound very serious, westbound 580 just before the toll plaza on the richmond side of the bridge. i believe both vehicles off to the center divide and that is not blocking any lanes and is not causing much of a slowdown. honestly we're looking pretty light at this point this morning. i guess we are getting into the summertime volumes so that is not a bad thing if you are heading into school on work today. about a 14-minute drive 580 castro valley to the maze and downtown san jose looking good, northbound 101 to highway 85 just 14 minutes. if you have chicken in your freezer, heads up. perdue is recalling chicken because it may have bone material in it. the recall includes these chicken nuggets and chicken strips. they were made on march 21st. officials say they haven't had any reports of bad reactions.

a roll over collision. sounds like one vehicle involved northbound 87 past alma avenue. the vehicle is on an embankment but the fire department is there blocking the two middle lanes. i'm not sure if there's debris left over from the roll over or what the situation is. you are definitely slow and that's a tough spot to have two lanes taken away. i expect that to continue to back up in the area. hercules westbound 80 just before the hercules exit. another two-car crash, this one blocking two lanes as well. not so much a backup there. t it is heavy as you get into richmond. keeping an eye on that, too. a crash off on the shoulder causing a delay.
