fed up. they are threatening legal action against union pacific, the trains can be loud. union pacific officials attended a community meeting tonight to explain why it's starting to reroute freight trains to san jose in february as a way to increase efficiency. horn honking required by law at each crossing. the meeting got heated and frustrated neighbors want the night time trains to stop, asap, and the councilmen said that union pacific needs to be a good neighbor or else legal action is a possibility. we understand that's their, you know, it's their new procedure. we are hoping that as they hear from the community they are willing to be better private partners. if they are not, well, we are continuing down the path of a lawsuit and as well as establishing a quiet zone. >> now, like he said that the city is conducting a study of establishing quiet zones where horn honking by trains is prohibited. the mayor is not a big fan of that at all.

weather. hot today. >> yeah, is it going to stay that way? we have the answer. >> and the answer is no, tomorrow, you are going to notices the temperatures are coming down. we are already seeing the changes. let's look at live doppler 7, notice the fog is back. it is socked in along most of the coastline, pushing in towards the bay. that is going to set the stage for a cooler day. already feeling the effects of it. temperatures in the 50 and 60s and 70s. we are looking at a change in our weather. so, here is what you can expect. fog near the coast in bay for the morning commute. breezy, and cooler tomorrow, and heating up against later on this weekend. so, enjoy it. i do want to show you the planner for tomorrow morning. we will start out with the fog. temperatures in the 50s and breezy afternoon, you will notice it's cooler as well. upper 50s to low 80s. and as we head in to 7:00 p.m., mid 50s and mid 60s.

. okay, that's no pet rat, that is what a woman saw at her desk managed in a building by the state of california. >> they say, it's in such bad shape that their health is at risk. you are here with the story, did not bring rats? >> the know conditi-- the condit just bad for them, but for the people they serve. she is a job coach for the workforce development board. with offices in this vallejo building, owned and operated by the state of california. but loretta cannot go inside any longer. she meets her clients outside. >> i have to wait for them in the parking lot and if they show up, i say, let's go to starbucks. >> you cannot use your office? >> no. >> rat droppings and rat

her husband tells me that the rat remnants have made her chronic lung issues worse. >> her lung issues will flare up. >> you have seen the affects of it. >> have you been in vallejo, i can tell. you. >> i used to use my inhaler three times a year and now every day. >> loretta and her co-workers said that the rat issue has spiked since the beginning of may. it was passed off in a memo as one small mouse. but take a look at the cell phone video from two weeks ago. it's clearly a rat with a long tail in a potted plant and the workers believe there's more than one. >> there's a rodent issue in the office in this building. >> several employees wanted to talk but not be identified to lessen the odds of of a dust up with their boss. including the woman that shared the desk with the rat while clients were in the office. >> i have a child at home and they carry diseases and -- and
