that's still causing a delay. take a look at castro valley. back in the green. we have not gotten official word from chp that all lanes are back open. it sure looks like it at castro valley boulevard due to a crash early this morning, about 4:30 involving five or six vehicles. looks like everything is back open. i'll follow up coming up in about ten minutes. right now milpitas police investigating a dui crash involving a 17-year-old driver. it happened overnight while you were sleeping. this is at lacy drive near edsall. the teenager hit two parked cars before he crashed and the car he was in flipped over. neighbors say they heard a loud bang when it happened. the teen driver had two other teenagers in the car as well. police say a man was sitting in a parked vehicle when it was hit. he was talking on the phone.

have seen men outside the building talking and laughing about the fire. investigators know where the fire started but they don't know how it started. only on a 7news, ase call inside a muni tunnel after a dog ended up on the tracks. >> abc 7 news was the only camera as amy and her pup rufus were reunited yesterday. rufus got spooked on their walk, ran into the castro muni station and traveled underground all by himself to another station, the church station, where a muni worker finally rescued him. >> i found the dog underneath the platform shaking. we called and stopped the train. i walked to rescue the dog. >> good for you. muni subway service was only briefly delayed while he was rescued. some college students arrived on time but drenched for their classes in louisiana.

this officer, robert edward davies. he was arrested here and taken to jail. police allege davies tried to engage in sexual activity with someone he acknowledged to be 16 years old. and this is how it all unfolded. the investigation took weeks on saturday, may 11. silicon valley crimestoppers received a tip from a concerned citizen who posed as a 16-year-old girl on tinder, kick and snapchat. now police allege that davies acknowledged her age and that they chatted about engaging in sexual activity. during the follow-up investigation, detectives confirm that it was davies having that online conversation. police then issued search warrants on his electronic devices, mobile apps and his home in morgan hill where he was arrested. san mateo police issued this statement. san mateo police allege -- if this alleged conduct is true it is in no way a reflection of all that we stand for as a
