now at 5:00, the warriors may have lost the nba finals but they say, hey, it's not over yet. how they plan to come back even stronger. good morning on this friday, fr june 14. tough a rough ride. >> a lot to be proud of. we'll get to your forecast with mike and the weather. let's talk about weighs going on outside. you can see the cloud cover on live doppler 7. that's all the gray. and it's a little juicy this morning. watch out for some drizzle. it's nice to get the pollen and dirt off my windshield. that's what's going to happen. let's take a look at your planner and you can see temperatures very cool, mainly mid to upper 50s. now as we head to noon, the clouds are going to be slower today to let go of the sunshine. so it will be in the low to mid-70s but still very comfortable. maybe even a little faster breezes than yesterday. that will keep most of us in the 70s. 50s and 60s at the coast.

if you're heading out this evening, check out the temperatures. 56 and near 70 for the rest of us. and that's at 7:00. once the sun sets we're dropping quickly into the 60s. taking a look at walnut creek where i was going to tell you about a new crash southbound 680. sounds like that person was just south of the exit when they hit some debris and that caused their vehicle to be disabled. that just cleared from the board a moment ago. looks like everything is clear as far as the main lanes there. could have some activity off on the shoulder but not causing any delays as you can see with the drive times. 680, six minutes. another eight-minute drive on westbound 24. and our only drive time in the yellow, it's not terrible but stop and go traffic. westbound 580, tracy into dublin, 36 minutes. thank you so much. raptors fans lit up toronto celebrating the raptors' first on the fans was canadian rapper drake, and he caldhe win.

>> reporter: warriors guard klay thompson tore his acl in the third quarter of last night's game. he did not return and left the arena on crutches. he scored 30 points in the game right before he got hurt. another star, kevin durant, he couldn't even play last night because he had just had surgery to repair a torn achilles. so the team has some recovering to do in the off-season and then durant will be a free agent in a few weeks. there's speculation will he will even return as a warrior, but steph curry says he has high hopes that he will see this team back on this stage again. >> amy, thank you. building a better bay area means finding solutions, b.a.r.t. is looking to do just that. the agency is trying out barrier gates. a safety engineer approved the design. they claim they close on people in wheelchairs and with strollers. >> it closed on my baby

we are tracking new developments in the shooting of david ortiz. authorities arrested three more people last night. they are still searching for one more suspect in connection to the case. this surveillance video shows him in a baseball hat and shooting him right in the back. they say ten suspects agreed to kill ortiz for less than $10,000. police have not released a motive. police are searching for a man of sexual assault. this photo of the suspect was released. they say he attacked a woman if el camino real near third avenue. you are asked to call san mateo police if you recognize him. a civil rights attorney will file a claim. the 23-year-old man shot and killed by walnut creek police on june 2nd. he threatened her and said he

peeking into a window on bismarck drive on june 3rd. investigators say he ran away after the child's father confronted him. new developments, a man has pled no contest to charges that he murdered a young couple on a sonoma county beach. detectives say he confessed to killing jason allen and lindsey as they slept on the beach in jenner in 2004. prosecutors will not seek the death penalty as part of a plea deal. he'll likely receive a sentence of three consecutive life terms in prison. he admitted to shooting and killing his brother in 2017. the santa clara district attorney's office will not file charges against most people cited for possessing a small amount of illegal drugs. prosecutors spoke exclusively with our media partner ""the mercury news"." say they the goal is to keep one or two time offenders out of the court system and in treatment programs. the move will allow the d.a.'s office to focus on bigger cases instead. a new policy is expected to take
