police are searching for a man accused of sexual assault. investigators release this photo of the suspect yesterday. they say he attacked a woman on el camino real near 3rd avenue last month. you are asked to call police if you recognize him. in the east bay a civil rights attorney is going to file a claim on behalf of a family -- the family of miles hall. the 23-year-old man shot and killed by walnut creek police june 2nd. hall had mental health issues which his mother claims she told police when she called them to report he threatened her and would be aggressive with officers. police say they arrived to find hall approaching a home with a crowbar in his hand. officers asked him to drop it. but hall charged them instead. 6:05 now. happening today the final day of voting for united delta and american airlines food workers in san francisco on whether or not they should strike. they are demanding better wages and health insurance. hundreds of workers at sfo voted

noon and mostly sunny this afternoon and upper 60s. san francisco we're in the clouds a lot today. temperatures upper 50s to near 60. alexis? our biggest issue is getting into the north bay heading north on state route 29. we're looking at about a 30-minute delay. green island road is the spot where we have some trouble, a downed power line or telephone pole is fully blocking the northbound side. they still don't have an estimate on when that will reopen. at least some on looker delays. this is a sig alert. definitely avoid that if you can. we have a disabled vehicle not slowing you down yet. southbound 101. that is blocking lane number three and will about be 20 more minutes. be on the lookout. in the north bay, do not be alarmed if you see smoke coming from bouverie preserve in glen ellen. the press democrat reports

welcome back. we do have new developments in the shooting of red sox legend david ortiz. authorities arrested three more people last night. they are still searching for one more suspect in connection with the case. and we've seen the surveillance video showing the shooter in a baseball cap walking up to ortiz and shooting him right in the back. investigators say ten suspects agreed to kill ortiz for less than $8,000. police have not released a motive. and happening today wikileaks founder julian assange will show up for his court hearing in london via video chat. he had been sick and missed a recent hearing. he is serving a sentence for
