app. concord man arrested, accused of threatening to commit a mass shooting at jewish temple. ross farca, threats made in online chat room. found illegal ar-15 at his home with camouflage, clothing and nazi literature. two men under arrest after police chase and crash that ended with deaths of two people in modesto. booked on charges including homicide and attempted homicide. modesto police say the men were in stolen car, sped away when officers tried to pull them over. fired shots at pursuing officers. jumped a curb and crashed near a taco truck, two bystanders were
