we've had very few incidents on the board so far. hoping to keep it that way. a couple up dates on a few we did have, northbound 280 before cesar chavez we had a disabled vehicle blocking one lane that has cleared. never did see a backup due to that. that is still in the green and hopefully it will stay that way the rest of the morning. westbound 80 before manuel campos, a two-car crash blocking the lane between vacaville and fairfield, that's pushed to the shoulder. a little residual delay that should clear soon. we'll take a look at your drive times coming up next. pittsburg police need help finding this girl, 11-year-old mya santacruz was reported missing last night after 110:00. she was wearing all blue including shirt, leggings and shoes. police say she is at risk because of her age and because of medical issues. if you see her, please call pittsburg police. developing news in the east bay. a shooting investigation on a

busy freeway. this happened last night before 8:00 inside one of the westbound bores of the caldecott tunnel. we know there was one victim and the suspect is still on the loose. abc 7 news reporter amy hollyfield live near the tunnel for us. good morning, amy. >> reporter: good morning. traffic is fine this morning, all lanes are reopened. they were shut down for a couple of hours last night. the driver who was shot in the head is expected to survive. that victim's passenger is also okay, the passenger was not hit. they reopened the lanes about 10:45 last night. this is westbound 24. these are the westbound lanes. it happened inside that tunnel. these are the lanes headed towards san francisco. the shooting happened just before 8:00 last night. the chp does think this was an isolated event, that the public does not need to worry about being at risk. the shooter got away.

the only description chp has is the shooter was possibly in a white car. officers have said in the past d rarely have witnesses. that makes them tough to solve. if anyone saw anything last night, thatey're encouraged to call police. freeway shootings have been a huge problem in the east bay. officers say there have been nearly 200 in the past four years. they say to solve them and to stop this, they need people to come forward with information.a. live in oakland amy hollyfield, abc 7 news. this video captures the second incident leading up to a deadly wrong way crash. the wrong way driver died. minutes later there was a change reaction pileup in the opposite lanes. the chp says passengers in a upon da were injured when they got out of their car on the freeway, only to be hit by an on coming car. five people were taken to the hospital. witnesses are sending good wishes to all the victims.

look, they're called 'deepfakes' - this is pretty wild. a viral video that's been seen by more than a million people, a clip of "game of thrones" edited to show jon snow apologizing on behalf of the show's creators for the controversial final season. the clip you're about to see was made using deepfake technology. >> i'm sorry we wasted your time.

i'm sorry we didn't learn anything from the ending love "lost." i have more lines in this video than i had in the last season. >> experts say people editing deepfake videos only change about 10% to 20% of the original video. they say look closely at the areas around the cheeks, mouth and chin for video frames that are out of sync. you'll hear more about how deepfake technology works on "good morning america" at 7:00. 6:15. the los angeles police department is launching its own investigation into a deadly shooting. an lapd off duty police officer shot and killed a man on friday night. krone police say the man assaulted the officer while he was holding his child. the family says he was, quote, a gentle giant and was mentally disabled. lapd officers can carry guns while off duty.

i see 90s in our future. i'm show you that coming up. wenot had any major problems. a couple typical slow spots include getting out of the central valley. 25 miles an hour, that's 10, 11 miles of heavy traffic for our super computers, but nothing you are not used to. we're looking okay here, westbound 92 as you get to the san mateo bridge just before this point, the toll plaza, still have a disabled vehicle blocking the right lane. you are heavy if you're coming from 880. >> thanks, alexis. new this morning, paramedics rushed one man to the hospital after a shooting in san jose. this happened at a strip maul on clemons and story roads just efore midnigh. witnesses say they heard one or two shots and then at least ten more back-to-back. a truck at the scene had bullet holes. there were evidence markers all over the place. police are still trying to figure out what led to the gunfire. >> in the east bay, one of the

two men blamed for the deadly ghost ship fire could get a chance to testify. >> jobina fortson live with the details on max harris' day in court. >> reporter: max harris is the creative director of ghost ship and is accused of collecting rent and booking concerts without permits at the warehouse. here and derick almena are charged with 36 counts of involuntary manslaughter. that's one count for each person who died in the oakland fire. prosecutors say both harris and almena are responsible for the december 2016 fire because they held an event without proper safety measures like sprinklers and smoke detectors and filled the building with flammable materials. because there's so much interest there will be an overflow room set up for spectators today. harris' lawyers say he's been made a scapegoat for the tragedy and has denied all the allegations. live from the news room,

alameda will not implement tolls on any of its bridges. that's in response to a rumor that started after a city council meeting to discuss reducing g to take certain steps for a 50% reduction by 2030. that's when one council member suggested going a bit further to an 80% reduction. by doing that, they would install $5.00 tolls. >> it wouldn't be legal under state law to i'm plelt this thing. there would be a huge public process. right now there's no plan to have a conversation about tolls and approve them in the near or even midterm future. iran announced this morning it will stop complying with the nuclear deal it reached with several countries around the world in 2015. that's is same deal the u.s. withdrew from last year.

this comes amid growing tensions over a tax on two oil tankers. the trump administration is pointing to this video as clear evidence that links iran to the attacks. pentagon officials say it shows iranian revolutionary guard patrol removing an unexploded mine from one of the tanker's hulls. secretary of state mike pompeo says the evidence is concrete. >> it's unmistakable what happened here. these were attacks by the islamic republic of iran on commercial shipping on the freedom of navigation with clear intent to deny transit through the strait. >> iran's foreign minister continues to deny the accusations by the u.s. meanwhile, another mass protest in hong kong. earlier today protesters gathered outside the office as the city's leader, demanding she redine. the demonstration moved to a nearby park so police could open the street. they're outraged over a bill that would allow defendants to be sent to mainland china. cal fire is suspending burn

permits because of high firengt ma back thatuele this year. the areas include sonoma, napa, lake, yolo and cal luis is a counties. concord is the latest city looking for a solution to soaring represent. it includes requiring landlords to give more notices of rental increase and also requiring relocation assistance. tuesday's meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. at city hall. to the north bay now, rohnert park will spend $325,000 to address homelessness. most of the money will go toward a homeless housing program, something rohnert park has struggled with. a recent count found about 3,000 homeless people in sonoma county. we want to hear your ideas about building a better bay area.

vacaville police are asking for help finding these brazen themes. this video shows the shoplifters in action. you can see a woman fill a bag with clothes. another thief walks by with more clothing. everyone involved walked out the door as the alarms went off. 6:44. developing news in the east bay, police are searching for a shooter after someone opened fire inside the caldecott tunnel. one person was shot in the head and highway 24 was temporarily shut down. abc 7 news reporter amy hollyfield tracking this investigation. good morning, amy. >> reporter: good morning, natasha. police say these cases are very tough to solve and in this case they have not made any arrests. this shooting happened last night. it was jufs before 8:00 in the fourth bore of the caldecott tunnel. those are westbound lanes of highway 24 headed towards san francisco. they shut down the lanes until almost 11:00 when they looked for evidence. the driver of the car who was
