hospital after an explosion inside a union city home. there were five people inside the home on elizabeth way at the time of the explosion. two men, a grandfather and son were hurt. there were two containers of butane being handled it flew off the roof, doors and windows and the house will likely be red tagged today. and then returning to the witness stand in the ghostship fire. harris told jurors yesterday that his title of artistic director at the white house was more of a joke. he said he scrubbed toilets and went through the crash in exchange for living there. the dmv says everything is back to normal following a system crash that left people waiting to get driver's license and id cards longer than normal.

jose. head up the peninsula, we have mid-70s to low 80s. we will have mid-60s along the coast, nearing 70 in downtown in south san francisco. low to mid-80s for most of the day. the low to mid-70s through most of the east bay shoreline. you get around union 70, fremont, upper 70s. mid-80s to mid-90s in our east bay valleys. if you did not use the air-conditioner yesterday you may have to turn it on today or tomorrow. the sea breeze kicks in on thursday, and summer solstice starts on friday. we're seeing a lot of green on the traffic maps. we did have an issue overnight. we had a deadly shooting on 680 in san jose. northbound 680 did re-open at capital avenue. right around an hour ago we had the full closure and there was a significant detour but no longer in effect here this morning.

north san francisco's neighborhood will . let's take a look at what is going on. here's a look at walnut creek. we're going to hit 84 in san jose to 74 in places like oakland. those temperatures are warmer, and you can see wednesday, still 90s holding on in the east bay valleys, and even 70s starting to show up in the north bay. the warmest days, want them to be behind us as we drop on thursday because of the sea breeze even though summer starts astronomically on thursday, and we will get the rebound as we head into friday. look at the temperatures, mid to upper 80s.
