we're told it happened near the king road fit in san jose >> dan, just another dangerous night on interstate 680 here in san jose. this time, chp confirming they are investigating another freeway shooting, as you mentioned. 680 southbound at king road. we know the driver drove on. that's where we got the first look at the damage. chf says the bullet hit the left rear window, then exited through the passenger window. it happened just before 8:40 tonight.
