60 in san jose. >> this latest incident happened after 8:30 on southbound 680 near king road. police are saying the shots came in a vehicle traveling alongside it. they say there are conflicting reports about what kind of vehicle it was. investigators say a bullet went through the left rear window and out the right front window. nobody was hit, but a 12-year-old girl suffered cuts from shattered glass. that incident followed monday's deadly shooting on the same stretch of freeway. this is video taken after chp officers found a wounded man inside his car on northbound 680 near landis avenue. the victim has been identified as 30-year-old matthew rios of milpitas. a brush far forced to evacuate a movie theater last night. the flames scorched five acres before crews had a handle on it.

no indication what started that fire. let's get a quick update on weather and traffic with meteorologist mike nicco. >> here is a look at the winds. a stronger sea breeze. that's going to be more cloud cover and it will hang on a little longer. yesterday we were looinging at the full moon and stars because of the lack of clouds. 55 to 62 degrees at 7:00. near 50s to 60s near the coast. 72 to 79 with a little less sunshine at noon. 77 around the bay, 85 inland as the heat tapers a little bit. at 7:00 we're in the low to mid 70s except for theest kovgs back in the 50s. another check of the morningth >> they're still working on cleaning up a rollover crash that happened about 2:00 in san francisco. southbound 101 past cesar chavez.

this was a multicar crash. again, it has been there for a while. they're working on getting trucks to the scene. actually it happened about 3:00. hopefully they'll have all lanes back open shortly. definitely looking at a little stretch of red to fully avoid that. westbound tracy to dublin 34 minutes in the yellow, dlub to mission boulevard in the green, 14 minutes. no delays northbound into south bay. starting this morning b.a.r.t. is giving you a new parking option. abc 7 news reporter amy hollyfield live at the dublin pleasanton station. >> reporter: these are the permitted spots, people are on a wait list to get one of these. here is a new sign telling you what you have to do. all you have to do is car pool and pay through the b.a.r.t. app. here is what it looks like. it walks you through the process.

even gives you a stall number. you do this through the b.a.r.t. app. b.a.r.t. officials say this modernizes the payment process, something b.a.r.t. riders have been asking for and it encourages car pooling. before you get too excited, i have to show you this map. this is only available at four stations for now. orinda, antioch, warm springs and dublin pleasanton. they want a to start it out at those stations and see if people will use it. officials say only 5% of bafrt riders car pool. they want that number to go up. they hope this helps. this is the first day of this program. we're going to be here in the permitted section watching to see if people take advantage of this, if they use it, if they even know about it. we'll report back to you throughout the newscast. live in dublin, amy hollyfield, abc 7 news. president trump officially kicked off his 2020 re-election bid in the sunshine state.

investigators found pg&e responsible for starting the 2018 camp fire, the deadliest anhistory. $580 million will go to agencies affected by the fire including the town of paradise. $415 million will be divvied up among nine agencies in the wine country including napa and sonoma counties and the city of santa rosa that were devastated by the 2017 fires. >> we have a tremendous amount of road damage, infrastructure damage we need to still repair. we have programs that we'd like to do to make sure they're more resilient going forward. >> reporter: the remaining 5 million goes to the cal vara water district from the 2015 butte fire. the settlement was reached after months of negotiating. >> money is contingent about pg&e getting through the
