life. he connected with tina, a trainer, coach, mentor, friend. they've become family as a result. >> he had this intensity behind his eyes. he had this seriousness about himself. he's like, i really want to do a body building show. i'm like, okay. like seriously, let's go. >> that's cool. they're stronger together. >> after wade started, b.j. told tina, okay, i guess i'll let you train me, too. they hit the gym together. they also have karl on their team. he is their motivator. they say it started with three days a week. of course, it was hard at first, because of the function with their hands and that type of thing. they kept going back. time and time again. >> it is great. they're doing exactly the right thing. >> wade has been at it four years. his wife has been at it for about three years. karl and tina both say it's improved their confidence, self-esteem. tina has started a group called normal to be fit. it is a free program, and they
