here is alexis. >> looking at the richmond side of the richmond-san rafael bridge. i'm still waiting for more information. we have a crash in the westbound lanes. two vehicles involved, no injuries, but we still haven't heard about how many lanes are blocked. just seeing a slide delay on our traffic approaching the scene. it's not made it back to the toll plaza. not impacting the drive time yet either. richmond-san rafael bridge, drive time eight minutes on the website. san mateo bridge looking good, in the green at 12 minutes. eight-minute drive if you're taking the dumbarton bridge instead. new overnight, firefighters tackled this big water main break in burlingame. you can see the water shooting up four or five stories high there. part of rollins road followed last night. a firefighter say they are looking for the official cause. but it's possible the hydrant was sheared off. a vigil will be held for two managers killed at a ford dealership. >> identified adds 55 yrd brian

light and 38-year-old xavier souto. police revealed more on what led up to tuesday's shooting. they see the gunman, steven leel left the building, sat in his car for 20 minutes. then he returned and lingered around his old work station. at that point he was escortd to a back office to speak with his former supervisors. a short time later police say he opened fire. abc 7 news reporter >> so many people mourning the people who died in the shooting. you can see flowers and candles have been dropped off at the ford shot in morgan hill. we're learning the dealership will remember the two victims. both those men were described as hard working fathers with a love for cars. the first victim is 38-year-old xavier souto. he was a parts manager and

worked here since 2012. the other victim is 59-year-old brian light. he was hired as a parts director last year. according to police, the gunman, steven leel, was fired on tuesday. he came back that evening and shot and killed souto at point-blank range. police say light tried to fight the gunman who shot light multiple times. one of light's neighbors says he was known for turning struggling businesses around. >> he took a couple different dealerships and turned them around to where they were top performers in the entire state. he clearly was very good at his job. i know he will be missed by a lot of people. he had a lot of friends outside of this neighborhood. >> families. we have a link to that on our website, abc7news.com. the vigil tonight begins at 8:00 p.m. live ansar hassan, nbc news. investigators in castro

westbound highway 4, we had electrical work overnight between bailey road and willow pass road. caltrans is saying they really are done with that. all lanes should be back open. we're definitely seeing residual delays into the pittsburg area. hopefully that will recover before we get into the heart of the commute. also heavy already getting out of tracy, 19 miles per hour on westbound 205. a quick check of the bay bridge toll plaza, still haven't had anything reported here. looks like that tow truck i saw was for a non-blocking issue. car pool lanes are open. should have about ten minutes to go until they flip those metering lights on. mountain view city officials have voted to temporarily ban electric scooters. city leaders are concerned about safety issues that other cities have experienced. the mayor says the ban gives officials time to figure out how to regulate these scooters. mountain view plans to launch a pilot plan next year. coming up, the 7 things you

happening today, a final farewell to this young police officer from the bay area. police say a gunman killed officer tara o'sullivan last week in sacramento. abc 7 news reporter amy hollyfield is live in pleasant hill. good morning, amy. >> reporter: good morning, natasha. friends who web her from high school have paid tribute to her. look behind me at the flowers and the american flags that have been left here at the flagpole in front of college park high school in pleasant hill. this is where tara o'sullivan went to high school. the principal said she was well liked. o'sullivan's memorial is scheduled for this morning in rose hill. the police chief has a request for people in the area today. >> as police chief, i ask our community to show tara and her family how much we love them back, how much we love honor the sacrifice that both tara made and her family has made.
