slowly. definitely delays. at least you can get through the stretch. southbound 680 walnut creek to dublin. 55-minute drive. southbound 101 to san francisco, northbound 17 highway 1 to los gatos, 20 minutes. you can see water in burlingame spouting up four or five stories high. a firefighter told abc 7 news they're still looking into the official cause, but it is possible a fire hydrant there was sheared off. a candlelight vigil will be held tonight for the two managers killed at a ford dealership in morgan hill. >> the victims have been identified as 59-year-old brian light and 38-year-old xavier souto. police say both were tuesday afternoon. >> abc 7 news reporter ansar hassan live at the dealership

today. >> reporter: people are still mourning the deaths of the two men killed here at the ford shop in morgan hill. you can see people left flowers as well as candles. we're told the dealership will open today and tonight there will be a vigil for the victims. both victims lived in share, described as hard working fathers with a love for cars. the first victim is 38-year-old xavier souto. he worked his way up to become a parts manager. he was a member of the portuguese band of san jose, the oldest portuguese marching band in california. he leaves behind two sons. the other victim is 59-year-old brian light, hired as a parts director last year. the single father is described as a smart businessman, known for turning around struggling dealerships. according to police, light tried to fight off the gunman which likely saved the lives of many others. >> the actions of mr. light allowed the customers and employees of that business time

find your ally. new developments, the owner of yountville restaurant the french laundry is found not guilty of pregnancy drim. vanessa scott allen sued the restaurant group for $5 million. she claims she was denoid a job transfer and eventually fired because she was pregnant. the french laundry said in a statement it is pleased with a decision. scott allen's attorney says they plan to appeal. now to the democratic presidential hopefuls trying to earn your vote. tonight ten more candidates will take the stage in part two of the first democratic debate. here is the lineup. it includes senator kamala harris and east bay congressman eric swalwell. last night's debate featured ten other candidates who touched on immigration, the economy and health care. >> look at the business model of an insurance company. it's to bring in as many dollars as they can in premiums and to pay out as few dollars as possible for your health care.

take a look at this attempted kidnapping caught on camera. this woman tried to grab two children at atlanta's hartsfield-jackson airport last saturday. she was fought off, thank goodness, by parents and police. authorities say the woman who attacked them is 26-year-old esther daniels. she tried to grab the baby in the stroller, then goes after their oldest son who is about 6 years old. the whole family is holding on to the child before an atlanta police officer races over to

help. >> the traffic control officer was able to respond quickly. our officers were in the area and able to reconcile the situation. >> wow. daniels has been charged with kidnapping and obstructing an officer. first treated at a downtown atlanta hospital and is still in police custody. this cdc may soon issue a new recommendation that teenage boys and young men through the age of 26 should be getting the hpv vaccine. the cdc recommend it for young men through the age of 21. an advisory committee voted yesterday to expand the number of young men who should be taking the vaccine. the cdc director needs to approve the change. what are you doing right now if you're watching us. if you're on a treadmill, thumbs up. you may want to get up when you're bring watching episodes. sitting in front of a tv is much worse for heart health than sitting at work. researchers at columbia

buttigieg and eric swalwell. we know president trump watched the debate on board air force one on his way to japan. he tweeted out that the debate was boring. he is in japan for the g20 summit. the president plans to meet with xi jinping and voout. new overnight, a police standoff is over in east san jose outside an apartment complex. it started around 2:30 this morning at the poco way apartments. children could be seen in the back of a black car that police surrounded. it's still unclear what exactly police were doing or what led to the standoff. we do have calls into the san jose police to find out more information. happening today, a final farewell to a young police officer from the bay area. police say a gunman killed officer tara o'sullivan last week in sacramento. >> abc 7 news reporter amy hollyfield is live in pleasant hill where officer o'sullivan went to school. good morning, amy.

>> reporter: good rng. she's being remembered here as well. look behind me at the tribute that friends and people who knew her at this high school have left. we have flowers here, american flags. this is in front of college park high school in pleasant hill. tara o'sullivan was shot and killed last wednesday while she and other officers responded to a domestic dispute. police say adel sambrano ramos ambushed the officers. her parents are speaking out for the first time since her death. her father said this is the job she always wanted and there's only one person to blame for what happened last week, the suspect. >> the loss of our daughter falls on one person's shoulders and in no way will we ever place blame on any of the officers. >> reporter: there will be a memorial service for o'sullivan
